“ I took my Mother for Mothers Day Brunch. We had a great time and enjoyed all the fabulous food. They were offering Prime Rib and had Several food stations… omelette, salad, vegetables, bread, Desserts, and even a Kids station. Also bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s. All of the staff were very pleasant and we were given a Rose when we left. They really made us feel special!! We will definitely be back soon!! ”

“ Had dinner and cocktails here tonight randomly and it was such a lovely time. The bartender was efficient and friendly with a great liquor selection. She made an excellent Negroni. The food was good and eclectic but not weird. I had a Cobb salad with steak and it was fresh, crisp, and steak was cool perfectly. The highlight, however, was Rhonda. She was attentive, gracious, funny, and made great suggestions. We will be telling everyone how great of an experience we had because of how she made us feel. I am a lifestyle hotel GM and I know excellent service when I see it. Keep her happy. ”

“ Beyond expectations! I was unaware the restaurant at the Hilton Southlake changed. We booked a room for the weekend and decided to stay on property to dine. We enjoyed fabulous cocktails, the exceptional Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer and two entrees. The salmon was prepared perfectly and the sweet potato hash was amazing. My bf had the ribeye and it was also delicious. Heather was the best. She checked on us throughout our dining and made sure all requests were met. ”
